Statement

A statement is the payee-facing explanation generated from reviewed calculation output. It summarizes what Allocora calculated; it does not prove that money has moved.

How statements are used

Statements are generated after a calculation run has been reviewed for source rows, mappings, rules, exceptions, and payee totals.

  • A statement explains the calculated obligation for one payee.
  • It can include source rows, adjustments, allocation lines, and total amounts.
  • It should be regenerated only when the reviewed calculation output changes.
  • Payment status belongs to the downstream payout or accounting workflow.
